Mrs. Shaindy Weiss, MSW, serves as the clinical director of Midreshet Malka Jerusalem. With a specialization in adolescent therapy and a focus on high-risk casework, she has experience in both clinical and academic settings. Mrs. Weiss has developed a new model of clinical therapy for adolescents, which she integrates into her role at the seminary. Known for her dedication and care, she provides a comforting and secure environment, committed to supporting the well-being of each and every student.

Having dedicated the past few years to YTE and TGA of Houston, Texas, Goldie has gained quality experience teaching a diverse range of subjects to students spanning from preschool through high school. She is committed to professional growth, constantly attending events and lectures. Goldie strives to bring structure and organization to the Midreshet Malka, thus enhancing the educational experience for both faculty and students. Her passion and enthusiasm paired with her deep understanding of people allow her to connect to students and enhance MMJ's mission of fostering emotional stability and personal development.

From U Penn to Yerushalayim, Rabbi Altman has been teaching in yeshiva & seminaries for over 25 years. He is a certified Clinical EFT Tapping Practitioner. Rabbi Altman has high-energy and is engaging, practical & inspiring, all the reason for our students to pile into his classroom!

Rabbi Eli Deutsch has taught and guided students in yeshivos and seminaries, and is the author of the bestsellers "Jewish By Choice" and "The Case for Judaism." Based in the Old City of Jerusalem, Rabbi Eli lectures, writes, counsels, and mentors students in Jewish philosophy, Chassidus, and Kabbalah. His presence in the classroom imbues the girls with a sense of interest and curiosity, leading to much success in impacting his students.

Leah Lewins has 27 years of experience working and teaching in various seminaries. She holds a BA in Psychology and Music (piano performance) and a Masters in Music Therapy. Mrs. Lewins is passionate about creativity and helps others express their inner voice through the arts. She draws on her life experiences and optimistic outlook to guide individuals in recognizing their strengths and embracing their true selves.​​​

Rabbi Ben Zion Ungar has been happily involved in teenage and adult education for the last three decades.  He has taught in seminaries both in Israel and in the U.S., having served as high school principal for over 15 years.  Prior to making Aliyah, Rabbi Ungar worked for six years under Rabbi Zecharia Wallerstein z”l as both a teacher and the menahel of Bnot Chaya Academy, as well as a rebbe in the Bnos Bina and Ateres Naava seminaries.  He received semicha from Rabbi Noach Weinberg z”l and Rav Yitzchok Berkowitz shlita.  Rabbi Ungar holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership and a B.A. in Psychology, both of which have aided in his roles in education the past many years.​​​​​​​​​​​​

Rabbi Wenglin’s ultra-high energy delivery, deep familiarity with Western culture, creativity and self-effacing humor enable him to share and inspire students with provocative, life-changing concepts in emunah, middos, and creating connections to Hashem. Rabbi Wenglin earned a BA in History and Literature at Harvard University and a JD at the UCLA School of Law. After law school, Rabbi Wenglin joined the Manhattan law firm of Paul, Weiss, but he then put it all on hold in order to learn more about his Jewish roots. He moved to Jerusalem, where he started taking introductory ​​​​​​​​​​​

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Rabbi Kahane is a dynamic and sought-after speaker. With a mix of deep machshava and meaningful messages, Rabbi Kahane appeals to a wide range of audiences from front-line kiruv to the Bais Yaakov crowd. Rabbi Kahane has become known worldwide as a highly innovative educator and serves as educational consultant for a number of institutions in Israel.

Elana Glatt is well known for her engaging lectures on a wide array of Torah topics, combining deep knowledge with a palpable passion for Jewish education. Elana holds a master’s degree in Jewish education. She loves to teach Kallah classes in her spare time. Elana is blessed to live in Jerusalem with her husband and children.​​​​​​​​​​​

Rabbi Nechemia Coopersmith is passionate and authentic. His classroom is a place of insight and relevance and Rabbi Coopersmith doesn't shy away from big issues! He is the founding chief editor of Aish.com and a senior lecturer at Aish HaTorah. He co-authored 48 Ways to Wisdom and Wisdom. Rabbi Coopersmith gives his all to everything he does.
